How does the rental process work?
Choose the device, share ID proof and address, pay a refundable security deposit and one month’s rent (or pro-rated). We sanitize, test and deliver/install the equipment. On return, the device is inspected and the deposit (minus dues/damages if any) is refunded.
Do you provide home delivery and installation?
Yes. Assisted delivery and installation are available across our service areas. Charges vary by location and equipment (Udupi, Manipal, Mangalore, Kundapura). We also provide a quick demo and usage guide at the time of delivery.
Are oxygen concentrators available for rent? What capacity should I choose?
We stock 5L and 10L oxygen concentrators for rent and sale. Capacity depends on your doctor’s prescription/SpO₂ requirement. Our team explains flow settings, humidifier use and maintenance. Always follow your physician’s advice.
Do you rent hospital beds and mattresses?
Yes—manual and semi-fowler beds, side rails, IV stands, over-bed tables and anti-bedsore (air/water) mattresses. We install and explain positioning/safety instructions.
Is a prescription required to buy or rent equipment?
For respiratory devices and certain clinical equipment, a doctor’s prescription is recommended/required. For general mobility aids and home-care accessories, no prescription is typically needed. When in doubt, call us.
Are BiPAP/CPAP machines available? Do you help with masks and fittings?
Yes. We stock BiPAP/CPAP machines, masks (nasal/full-face), tubing and filters. Our team helps with basic fitting and care. For clinical titration and therapy settings, please consult your sleep specialist.
How do you ensure hygiene and safety for rentals?
Every device is cleaned, disinfected and function-tested before dispatch. Consumables (like masks/cannulas) are supplied new and sealed. We maintain service logs for concentrators and powered equipment.
What is the warranty and after-sales support for purchases?
All new products come with manufacturer warranty and our advisory support. For out-of-warranty repairs, we provide guidance, spares availability and service coordination when possible.
Do you stock orthopaedic/diabetic footwear and mobility aids?
Yes. Orthopaedic/MCR/diabetic footwear, walkers, rollators, crutches, canes and wheelchairs (manual/powered) are available in-store in Udupi, Manipal, Kundapura and Mangalore.
Can I try equipment before renting or buying?
You can see demos at our stores. For certain devices (e.g., wheelchairs, walkers), limited in-store trials are possible. For home trials, speak to our team for feasibility and charges if any.
